**About the role**

The purpose of this role is to lead strategic thinking across major projects and accounts, elevating the quality of strategic output and guiding creative excellence throughout the process.

The Senior Strategist shapes the strategic vision behind campaigns, connecting business objectives, audience understanding, and cultural relevance to deliver impactful and effective work. This role combines deep strategic expertise with creative sensibility and acts as a trusted partner to both clients and internal teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Lead the development of strategic direction across key clients and projects, ensuring clarity, insight, and creative opportunity.

- Partner closely with creative, account, and production leads to translate strategy into powerful, actionable ideas.

- Serve as a strategic lead in client relationships, presenting complex thinking with confidence and simplicity.

- Elevate the standard of strategic work across the team, fostering collaboration and inspiring new approaches.

- Guide the creative process from briefing through execution, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals.

- Identify and define new strategic opportunities, frameworks, and tools to strengthen the agency’s strategic offering.

- Mentor junior and mid-level strategists, sharing knowledge and encouraging professional growth.
Stay at the forefront of cultural, behavioral, and technological trends to inform forward-thinking strategy.**Requirements**:
**Qualifications & Skills**

- 4/5+ years of experience in strategic planning within a creative agency environment.

- Good understanding of the social media landscape (platform nuances, audience behaviors, key formats, and trends) as well as a growing awareness of the e-commerce ecosystem (from digital shelf basics to how content drives conversion)

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire both internal teams and clients.

- Experience working with global brands and executing campaigns across multiple markets is a plus.
A passion for culture, creativity, and digital innovation.**Languages**

- Proficient English (mandatory)

- Spanish (mandatory)
