The Property Group is currently seeking an experienced office administrator for a busy Real Estate & Construction company, based in Puerto de Mazarron, Murcia.
This is a full-time 40 hour contract position with holidays, sick and usual company benefits.
**Company Description**
The Property Group SL is a proactive real estate company operating throughout Spain, with offices in Mazarron, Murcia & Marbella, Malaga and soon to be in Alicante,. The Real Estate company has a team of multi-lingual staff and links with other agents throughout the UK, Europe, America, and the Middle East. The company sells Villas, Fincas, Apartments, Land and Businesses whilst offering complimentary services to clients buying or selling through its collaboration agreements, such as currency transfers, mortgages, solicitors, banks and more.
The construction company offers a wide range of construction services to complement its sister company and has a team of its own workforce plus the use of sub-contractors and carries out works throughout Spain.
**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role as an Office Administrator located in Mazarrón. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Managing Director, Office manager and other team members, managing office equipment, effectively communicating with customers, and handling general office administration tasks.
This is a busy role and will suit a well organised, motivated individual who can multi-task and enjoy a great working environment with a great team of other team members.
**Qualifications**
- Fluency to Speak English & Spanish minimum and additional languages are a plus
- Excellent administrative assistance and office administration skills
- Sound knowledge and use of Microsoft office products such as word, excel etc
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
- Effective communication skills with customers and team members
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
- Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a benefit
