**Your Profile**:

- Your first language is French and you’re fluent in English.
- Any other European language is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organized and decisive person.
- Experience in customer service (in a travel agency is a plus).
- Customer-oriented.
- Able to multitask.
- Able to use different channels to communicate with clients and customers (B2B and B2C).
- Willing to manage Inbound calls and guide clients with any products or questions.

**Your day-to-day**:

- Advise and assist customers in the online booking process.
- Manage back-office tasks of reservations (confirmation, modification and cancellation of reservations and/or tickets).
- After-sales follow-up (management of disputes and compensation).
- Administrative follow-up (billing, organization of activities and/or sending of travel documents).
