**What You'll Be Doing**:

- **Retention Strategy Development**: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive retention marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive customer loyalty and repeat purchases.
- **PR**:Develop and execute PR startegies.
- **SEO**:Manage SEO across different websites.
- **SEM**: Manage SEM, with help of the Paid Media team.
- **Influencer Marketing**: Implement influencer marketing strategies.
- **Social Media**: Manage social media channels, act as a Community Manager for low engagement account across LinkedIn, Instagram and X.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure retention efforts are aligned with overall business objectives. Drive integrated retention initiatives and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Use insights to inform retention marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand pain points and areas for improvement. Use this information to enhance retention strategies and improve the overall customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful retention marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Native - Proficiency in Spanish.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory, as most of our clients are based in the US.
- Experience in a creative agency or e-commerce environment.
- Public Relations & Communication experience.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices.
