**Your role**

We are looking for a Business Audit Manager to join our audit hub team in Spain and assist in the delivery of audits in the EMEA region. In this role, you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of audit engagements in interaction with teams across Europe, North America, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. With the support of the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for providing insights to stakeholders, leading the audit teams to bring audit outcomes of excellent quality.

You will identify trends and themes patterns in results, develop audit reports and influence key stakeholders in broader actions. **As an Audit Manager your main responsibilities will involve**:

- Keeping the business safe by leading the execution of a portfolio of audit engagements end-to-end, including global audits across different regions with the support of the Senior Manager.
- Creating a collaborative and supporting team spirit while overseeing the quality of outcomes.
- Guiding, coaching, and supervising the work of the team throughout the audit engagement.
- Influencing the business by agreeing actions and delivering the final audit report, with support from the Senior Manager, when needed.
- Contributing to the Group Audit global team through sharing own technical knowledge and engaging in our continuous training program.

**Your Skills and Experience**

**As an Audit Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include**:
**Basic qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field or professional qualification
- +6 years of proven experience in Audit / Risk Management / Compliance or +8 years of experience in Insurance business positions
- Experience in the Financial Services Industry is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Internal Audit Standards, internal control framework and audit testing
- Excellent project management skills, ability to organize teams, prioritize tasks, guide and coach the team to deliver on time to high quality standards
- Experience in leading teams within complex international organizations with multiple cultures and in a hybrid working environment
- Excellent relationship management skills with proven ability to interact with stakeholders from all seniority levels and build business relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English). Additional European languages is a plus
- Collaborative, flexible, persistent and results-oriented mindset
- Passion and enthusiasm to continue to grow yourself and others around you
- Ability to influence teams and senior management executives
