**Your future tasks**:
Control the development process of blockchain explorers (web, api, service oriented) and related services
Quality control of blockchain-related payment service development and support
Formation of the project architecture, development of interaction interfaces
Maintain the well-coordinated work of the team in the full cycle of the company's product development
Support and improvement of processes within the team
Mentoring and growth of team members
**Requirements**:
Experience in managing a development team
5+ years of commercial Node.JS development experience
Practical experience as an architect and system architecture design skills
Excellent skills of development using Vanilla JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, ES6/7
Experience with high-load projects (MongoDB, ClickHouse)
Practical experience with Docker, Redis
Experience with large and loaded databases
Ability to decompose tasks and coordinate processes to achieve results
English B2+
**Will be a plus**:
Experience in crypto projects (web3, geth, eragon, solidity)
Practical experience with Meteor, React, Cordova
Devops skills
Work experience with PHP
