**Your Journey**:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative and multilingual Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will represent a hospitality industry leader connecting people worldwide to unique travel experiences. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and contribute to the growth of our company.
- Provide professional, prompt, and friendly guest support by listening to guests and responding in a way that exceeds their expectations;
- Identify and troubleshoot the issues accordingly using available resources;
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience.
**What do you bring to your trip**:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);

- Problem-solving;
- Sense of responsibility;
- Multi-tasking;
- Flexible working different shift patterns and weekends;
- Spanish & English proficiency and a third language (Portuguese, Greek or French) - It´s mandatory.
