**Job Description Summary**: The Global Clinical Marketing Assistant supports the Global PCS Clinical Marketing organization in various administrative tasks and events organizing activities.

The Global Clinical Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for:

- Managing the onboarding of Key Opinion Leaders, Partners, Creative Agencies and other suppliers:

- Managing AST internal compliance process
- Create, get approval and execute sourcing agreements
- Create and manage purchase orders
- Manage payments
- Be the 1st point of contact of our suppliers
- Manage our product, clinical marketing and marketing content approval process in the Veeva tool
- Support the organization, manage logistics of various events (onsite and/or online training, webinars, etc )
- Organizing operating mechanisms with global counterparts
- Miscellaneous administrative and support activities

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Fluent in English
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in Assistant or Administrative role
- Team oriented - ability to work well with diverse, cross-functional teams, as well as virtual teams (globally)
- Strong time management skills, advance computer skills and web technology knowledge
- Strong analytical and process skills

**Additional Differentiating Skills/Experience**:

- Experience in Medical Devices Field
- Advanced PowerPoint Editing knowledge
- Healthcare products/industry acumen
- Experience using Veeva
- Digital Marketing experience

**Eligibility requirements**:
A good level of English and a valid work permit
