We are looking for an Accounting Trainee for our Accounting department reporting to the Head of Accounting and giving support to the whole Accounting Team.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Accounting and administrative responsibilities:

- Reception and posting of cost invoices
- Invoicing reclamation
- Issuing of Income invoices
- Control of Accruals
- Reconciliation of vendor accounts
- Accounting Reports
- Intercompany reinvocing
- Control of expenses accounts
- Attending phone calls with providers
- Others administrative tasks
- Knowledge of accounting (Spanish accounting rules)
- Administrative knowledge
- Fluent in Spanish and English (both spoken and written)
- Office tools proficiency (mainly Excel)
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Studies in finance/accounting area or similar
- Experience using **NAVISION** or other accounting international systems is a plus
- Determine the work priorities, take decisions and perform actions accordingly
