We are looking for a Junior Consultant for our Office Leasing business line.
The main mission will be the attainment of the objectives by means of the materialization of the operations of rent and/or sale to users. As well as the marketing and search for new properties and customers.
What this job involves
- You will carry out prospecting and identification of properties (offices) for sale or rent (network of contacts, press, database, Internet...), analysing certain basic parameters: state, environment, prices, etc.
- You will participate in the negotiation of marketing mandates and prepare your proposal, following the Company's manual of mandates until it is signed.
- Once the mandate is obtained, prepare the report of the property for its disclosure in the market through marketing tools. Specific marketing initiatives of your own will be valued.
- You will carry out the identification of user/s for the mandated properties, presentation of services to potential users, analytical capacity of needs of the user.
- You will periodically monitor the state of marketing with the respective owners.

Have you completed a university degree in law, business or similar?
Do you bring about one to three years of experience in a similar position?
Is your level of English advanced?
Are you a planned and resolute person, with the capacity for negotiation and initiative?
