At HP Sant Cugat (Barcelona), we have an impressive 2300+ employees, made up of 60+ different nationalities. We host 12 businesses and are the worldwide HQ of the 3D Printing and the Large Format Printing businesses and the EMEA HQ for the Graphics Solutions Business. We also have the largest HP R&D Lab outside of the US and a fantastic Demo center.

Our customer support team is looking for a data analyst intern:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop a Robust Forecasting Model
- Design and implement a data-driven methodology to accurately predict MTD and QTD volumes.
- Utilize historical data and data mining techniques to improve forecasting precision.

Create a Monitoring and Control Tool
- Build a user-friendly, real-time tracking tool to monitor interventions and compare forecasts with actual data.
- Ensure the tool is intuitive and effective for immediate decision-making needs.

Analyze Performance and Refine Processes
- Assess forecast accuracy and tool effectiveness through data-driven analysis.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to optimize processes.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
- Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless integration and implementation of tools and processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL
- Strong programming skills
- Experience in managing data, systems, and tools
- Strong analytical abilities, with excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Demonstrated willingness to take calculated risks to drive innovation and meet business objectives
