At G+D we are looking for a **Global Logistics Planner **to join our production plant located at El Prat de Llobregat. **Your tasks**
- Develops and initiates process for productivity enhancements related to Freight Transport & Worldwide landscape for Freight optimization projects (i.e. Rail vs Vessels vs Air freight)
- Projects Concepts developer for Logistics and Intra Logistics Affairs - management based in PLM & NPI
- Leading in the Global Operation Team the world wide route process common criteria & document management process, way to do handle and establish shipping common criteria for different type of handling (via SO, via intercompany, via third parties)
- Routing / Mode & Implementing Strategies for Inbound / Outbound to 4PL
- Support on 4 PL UTC-5, Escalation for any incidence related to G+D facilities or third parties
- Enhance & Fostering Sustanability on Logistics freight (Go-Green Logistics footprint in OPS)
- WH Solutions for Intra / Extra Logistics (Deploy new strategies for GR, FEFO, Kanban, internal shop floor process in plant related to Logistics Supply, Tools, Business Cases for WH lifecycle management)
- Projects Supports for SCM
- Determining the scope and requirements of a project or operation, communicating with vendors to assess delivery details, and managing employees.
- You also analyze distribution processes to make improvements and prepare logistics reports for senior decision-makers.

**Your profile**
- You have a completed degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years sufficient international work experience
- Has experience leading international, virtual and cross-functional teams
- Must have working experience with an international logistics provider or with the logistics department of an industrial company (Preferably Global LSP Forwarders)
- Must have advanced knowledge in Transport Logistics, Warehousing and Supply Chain
- Experience & Proven Skills with analyzing logistics networks and working on logistics concepts
- Sound technical skills in PowerPoint and Excel, SAP knowledge a plus
- Target oriented and self-dependent operations method
- Language requirements: English fluently in speaking and writing
- Must be able to work independently, think critically, and make calculated decisions based on sound risk based analysis and business needs
- International travel required occasionally
- Shift rotation in monthly based covering 4PL UTC-5 for 15 days at month (14:00 to 22:00) possibility to do it during this time via home office.
