We are a growing team looking for a Senior Tech Recruiter to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. You will be part of the Tech Talent Acquisition team, a collaborative and proactive team of recruiters, coordinators, and sourcers co-located between Berlin and Barcelona. The role might be based in our offices in Barcelona or Berlin HQ.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Tech Recruiter you’ll work on interesting responsibilities like contributing to the overall strategy and execution of the growth of our tech teams and be responsible for hiring senior talent.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL..
- Responsible for hiring senior roles in Engineering and Product which includes the 360 approach - i.e. you will also have the ability and motivation to source and search for your own talent
- Build a long-term talent pipeline by using creative and effective sourcing strategies
- Act as a talent advisor to your stakeholders, handling difficult conversations and being able to challenge your stakeholders when necessary.
- Anticipate future challenges and blockers and constantly work on unblocking them.
- Lead strategic projects across the TA team. Represent the TA team and collaborate with PBP and Marketing team, among others, in relevant projects such as internal mobility, employer branding projects, or DEI initiatives.
- Lead presentation sessions, adapt the speech, and follow the right approach taking into account the audience and the goals expected.
- Create and analyze recruitment dashboards and proactively share data-centric updates with your stakeholders.
- Proactively analyze areas of improvement in the current hiring processes and lead the discussions with the Hiring Manager to influence them.
- Mentor junior members of the team acting as a player/coach

PREFERABLY YOU HAVE
- Deep experience in leading end-to-end international recruitment processes for senior roles in Engineering and Product
- Strong market knowledge in Engineering and Product to be able to bring insightful conversations in the discussions with stakeholders.
- Significant, sound, and proven experience in analyzing data and influencing leaders in TA-related topics.
- Excellent skills in delivering effective and engaging presentations to stakeholders.
- A team player who brings a positive attitude and energy to the team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Experience in building relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- C1 in English
