Our main markets are France, Italy, Spain, and Greece. We have 21 operational bases: Nantes, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Marseille, Strasbourg, Lille, Lourdes, Lyon, and Brest in France; Venice, Verona, Palermo, Cagliari, Olbia, Florence, Bari, and Naples in Italy; Asturias and Bilbao in Spain; Athens in Greece; and Hamburg in Germany.

We are hiring a** Corporate Strategy Director** who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.

**What you will do**:

- Design and execute strategic plans with risk assessments.
- Analyse performance and recommend strategic adjustments based on changing needs.
- Lead and manage the corporate strategic team.
- Collaborate with top management and stakeholders to build strategic consensus.
- Identify and evaluate new business initiatives for growth.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain frameworks and tools for strategic planning and analysis.

**What you will need**:

- +7 years of previous experience in a consulting role - preferably with aviation clients.
- A good track record in successfully using strategy for reducing costs and/or increasing profitability.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
- Ambition and drive: The role is ideal for high-performing individuals who are hungry for success. Your relentless drive to excel and exceed expectations will be key driving forces.
- Fluency in English is a must, with fluency in Spanish a plus. French or Italian also a plus. You should be able to convey information clearly and concisely.
