In our environment with high-end backup and storage solutions based on all-flash, NVMe, Rest API calls for automation and other interesting technologie,s we’re looking for talented individuals to join our team.

Do you have a 1st experience with Veritas NetBackup and Dell PowerProtect systems? Are you team oriented and like to work with a high motivated team? Then you’ll be the perfect match for us.

Our team is bundling the competences backup, high-end storage and databases. As DevOps/EngOps engineer we’re taking the end-to-end ownership for our services. From engineering/automation, operation up to the 3rd level support.

Our motivated and open communicated team is looking for a Junior Backup Engineer to build up a high sophisticated environment. Your opinion counts and the team will be supporting you in every step. Flexible working times, hybrid working model (60% of remote working and 40% in the office), a tailored onboarding and developing plan, financial participation in further training and much more is waiting for you.

**What You Will Do**:

- engineering and operations of Veritas NetBackup, Dell PPDM and Dell DataDomain landscape
- daily duties like monitoring, job queue management, provisioning and incident management
- developing self-service functions and automation of daily operations
- second
- and third-level-support incl. on-call service (approx. one week every two months)

**What You Bring**:

- passion for IT infrastructure and financial market
- at least 2 years of experience with Veritas NetBackup and Dell DataDomain systems
- knowhow of EMC Networker, Dell PPDM and PowerProtect Cyber Recovery is an advantage
- scripting and/or programming skill in any language and experience with APIs is an advantage
- fluent in English is a must, both writen and spoken
