**Department Description**

In this position your key responsibilities will be:
General:

- Assessment and management of the exposure corresponding to a limited portfolio of buyers facing a turnaround or restructuring scenario and higher probability of default which could require a close and active monitoring and potential risk mitigation actions.
- Setting risk underwriting strategies for each buyer including standard and review limits within delegated authorities.
- Delivery answers to questions from internal and external customers related to risk decisions taken.
- Compliance with internal procedures.
- Participation in the monthly Large Case provisioning process.
- Regular visits to debtors, making detailed reports.
- Definition of repayment plans and post withdrawal continuation of deliveries by customers.
- Customer-orientated advice and guidance to customers in relation to complex and high-profile recovery cases related to NNPs communicated.
- Recovery actions on NNPs communicated at customers’ request.
- Regular reporting of activity indicators to the SRM Manager.
- Monitoring of potential cases of fraud, reporting accordingly to the different stakeholders.
- Monitoring and risk management of buyers included in sanction lists.

Qualifications:

- University graduate with a bachelor degree or above, focused in finance, accounting, economics or business administration.
- Minimum of 5 years of Risk Underwriting experience, preferably within SRM.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to ability to prepare cases accordingly.
- Ability to work under pressure and self-initiative.
- Strong customer focus and ability to explain complex issues clearly and simply.
- Excellent writing skills and fluency both in Spanish and English.
- A good knowledge of the local market and industries will be a plus.
