**Descripción del puesto**:
**STORE MANAGER**
Leading the growth: increase the sales of our first shop in Madrid.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Act as a brand ambassador, being a reference person for your team and clients
- Achieve the objectives set by the company.
- Stock control in the store.
- Store warehouse organization
- Proposal and execution of campaigns and promotions in store.
- Promote action plans to achieve the objectives.
- Guarantee excellence in customer service.
- Take charge of the image of your store according to the guidelines of the brand.
- Lead, manage and select store staff
- Manage vacations, team schedules.
- Motivate and retain your team.
- Train, develop and monitor internal talent.
- Ensure the brand image in the store
**Perfil**:
**We are looking for someone with**:
- +4 years of experience in a similar position in ecommerce, retail, lifestyle
- English full proficiency
