Job Description

How can you contribute?_**
**As part of the IT Infrastructure Support Team for Eurofins Environment Testing Spain division, you will join a growing international team to work on strategic IT Infrastructure and Solutions projects.**
In the role, you will ensure that the projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and budget, as per expected quality. You will also be responsible for managing all aspects of project coordination and delivery, including definition, planning, monitoring, customer satisfaction and transformation across our Environment Testing Europe businesses.
As an **IT Project Manager** within our IT Infrastructure Support Team, you will:
- Manage, monitor and deliver IT projects, as part of the IT Transformation/Segregation program;
- Define scope, provide estimates, plan the budget, identify resources, oversee project governance;
- Organize and manage all phases of the project to ensure timely completion;
- Establish delivery monitoring controls and governance mechanisms;
- Proactively identify project delivery risks, establish mitigation mechanisms and communicate these to appropriate stakeholders;
- Assemble and coordinate project team members and assign individual responsibilities;
- Prepare requests for proposals and conduct all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products;
- Plan and oversee the preparation and dissemination of standard project communications;
- Prepare and present decision-making material to management;
- Demonstrate expertise in creating project management artefacts (project charter, project plan, timelines, requirements documents, project and resource planning, deployment plans, support plans, conversion plans, user guides etc.);
- Adhere to standardized IT Project Management practices;
- Engage with the RBL (Regional Business Line) business and IT leadership to collaboratively deliver IT projects, in a highly interdependent ecosystem with multiple stakeholders across the globe;
- Act as a consultant towards your internal customer(s);
- Build a network of key stakeholders (Zone and Group, technical and non-technical) and foster a productive relationship with them;
- Lead, guide, inspire, and motivate the project team;
- Work with multiple IT teams (Zone/Region/Group) to ensure compliance with policies and standards;
- Foster collaboration, promote synergies and share good practices/methodologies.
Qualifications

Are you our kind of extraordinary?_**
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or similar;
- Proven analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and take ownership of situations;
- Strong customer focused, team-oriented communication skills with emphasis on building lasting/trusted partnerships through written and verbal communications;
- Strong planning, negotiation and conflict resolution skills;
- Ability to make decisions based on analysis, planning, resource management, setting and meeting deadlines;
- Ability to identify and manage risks;
- Relevant certification in standardized project management methodology is highly desirable (ex. PMP, Prince 2);
- Willingness to travel throughout Spain (up to 10%);
- Strong English & Spanish communication skills (written/oral) required. Knowledge of another language is a plus.
