**Profile**
- The role:
The O&M (Operations & Maintenance) Process Manager belongs to the Operations function and reports to the Head of Center of O&M. The O&M Process Manager develops, standardises and implements processes and workflows in accordance with PMO initiatives, across the different O&M units. The O&M Process Manager supports internal stakeholders at different stages of the project lifecycle (development, engineering, construction, commissioning, operations, repowering/revamping, decommissioning). The O&M Process Manager ensures compliance with O&M contracts, actively participates at contract negotiations and compliance. They liaise with the functional teams across all jurisdictions, enforcing warranties and penalties with contractors and suppliers. They ensure compliance of HSE requirements on site with local regulations and Sonnedix policies.
Their tasks include but are not limited to : Preparing O&M processes, guidelines, manuals etc.; Supporting Sonnedix´s offices across the globe with the implementation of the new processes and procedures to gain operational efficiency; Optimizing spare parts levels, logistics and control; Identifying contracts which can be standardized and optimized; Building up strong relationships with main suppliers, manufacturers, and strategic partners and Fostering the implementation of new solutions under innovation and digitalization within the O&M field.
Desirable skills:

- Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Engineering, with proven experience in the photovoltaic sector within EPC, O&M and/or Asset Management teams. Wind and/or BESS expertise will be a plus
- Strong knowledge of O&M procedures, processes, market trends and best practices in the PV solar industry
- Understanding of HSE risks
- O&M contracts management and negotiation as well as EPC warranties and insurance claims
- Business English
