**The Opportunity**:

We are currently hiring for **Operator roles** in **Spain**, supporting our production and logistics operations. These positions require hands-on involvement in physical tasks and adherence to safety and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manual handling of materials (up to 50 lbs; assistance provided for heavier loads)
- Operating machinery and equipment in a production environment
- Following written instructions and safety protocols
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- Reporting any issues or irregularities to supervisors

**Physical & Sensory Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Exposure to:

- ** Extreme heat and cold**:

- ** Noise levels 85 dbA**:

- ** Damp environments**:

- ** Vibration and heights**:

- ** Skin/lung irritants**
- Visual capabilities:

- Near/far vision
- Color discrimination

**Mental Requirements**:

- Ability to read and interpret written instructions
- Perform basic mental calculations (e.g., simple equations/fractions)
- Read and speak **English fluently** (FDA requirement)

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Willingness to work in shifts if required
- Basic understanding of safety and hygiene standards
