**YOUR ROLE**

The primary focus of the EMEA Business Director is to strategically manage a major global FMCG client and oversee key projects. The EMEA Business Director is the primary contact for the client, fostering relationships with senior client stakeholders to continue to grow the scope of work Craft delivers for the business. You’ll also work with internal Craft teams to ensure they are focused and organized around the servicing of client engagements.

Working closely with our Production hubs across the region, the EMEA Business Director will be committed to establishing, maintaining and growing production relationships and will be part of a growing Craft organization that is determined to become the production partner of choice for clients worldwide. An integral part of establishing, maintaining and growing the client relationships is an in-depth understanding of rate cards and job routes related profitability and commerciality.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**

The EMEA Business Director is the pivotal contact for Clients. They:

- Manage the team resources for Craft accounts (in collaboration with the operational discipline leads)
- Ensure teams are working in accordance with established global Craft guidelines and objectives
- Pitch for and then oversee all projects for the Client with support from Client Managers
- Provide key regional account reports to the Client Services Director on a regular basis
- Ensure that materials are always delivered on time and on budget at the highest levels of quality at all times
- Work effectively with key stakeholders (clients, media agencies, creative agencies) to promote seamless integration on client accounts
- In conjunction with the financial lead be responsible and involved with rate cards. Providing a point of view of tiering, grouping and how different hubs can impact profitability and meet clients’ rates expectations while maintaining margin.
- Actively seek further business opportunities, nurturing relationships (new and existing) for future growth

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Proven experience operating in a senior client services role, within a Production or Advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of integrated adaptation, production and implementation processes
- Proven financial management skills and commercial acumen
- Previous experience transitioning and leading a regional or global client
- Understanding of nuance and potential wider implications for what may seem like small decisions
- Ability to brief and delegate effectively
- Ability to glean key information and provide succinct management reporting.
- Proven track record in a fast-moving environment
- Understanding of Media integration process highly desired
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Team-player

- Strong team management skills to confidently lead a team
- Forward thinking and positive
- Attention to detail and quality control
- Superior organization with key time management skills
- Linguistic skills of a non-English language a plus
