As part of the Galeries Lafayette group, based in the vibrant city of **Barcelona**, Spain, La Redoute is on the lookout for an ambitious Marketing and Sales Intern to join our dynamic team for a period of 3-6 months ("_Convenio de Becario"_) **Your Role** Embark on a journey where you'll develop yourself in the world of traffic and customer acquisition, brand building, and support B2B sales, taking on key responsibilities: Traffic - Enhance our Paid Social strategy across platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and TikTok. - Contribute to the creation of creative briefs aligned with our commercial strategy. - Assist with daily Traffic strategy reporting. Brand - Inject your creativity into our communication strategies. - Collaborate on social media campaigns with influencers and partners - Manage brand ambassador and creator relations, orders and promotional codes. - Facilitate briefings with creative agencies. - Craft engaging content for social media and blogs. - Analyse market trends and competition to inform our strategies. - Support the organisation and execution of brand events. B2B Sales - Generate quotations and manage invoicing for B2B clients. - Maintain B2B records and databases. - Coordinate B2B orders and daily activities with the B2B team. - Gain insights into serving B2B clients in the interior design sector, including designers and hospitality clients. - Participate in residential and hospitality design projects, and assist clients throughout their interior design endeavors. **What’s expected from you**: - Currently studying Business Administration, Marketing or Advertising (mandatory) - Passion for social channels such as Instagram and TikTok, and a feeling for what creatives are trending and inspire future customers. - Interest in new technologies, e-commerce and innovation. - Highly proficient in Excel for analysis and reporting - Good communication skills - Creativity and ability to come up with new ideas - Results and customer oriented - Proactive, reactive and curious - Self-directed and autonomous - Positive attitude: you love what you do and you communicate it - Spanish fluency and high level of English.
