We are looking for an Iberia Food Safety & Quality Solution Manager in charge of diagnostic solutions dedicated to the food industries, with responsibilities for Spain and Portugal.

This position will report directly to the Iberia Industry Cluster Head and functionally to the EMEA Food & Quality Business Director.

You will belong to the EMEA and Iberia Industrial Applications Marketing team that offers holistic control expertise and solutions to all food industries, and service labs helping them deliver safe products to the consumers.

Today the food industry is under a lot of transformation with the development of new ways of production and new types of foods like plant-based dairy or nutraceuticals. bioMérieux is investing in new technologies and innovative programs to deliver diagnostic solutions quicker & fully adapted to the specific needs of the new food markets.

**What will your responsibilities be at bioMérieux?**

You will be responsible for the local marketing plan development and execution providing all necessary insights, positioning, and value selling materials to support the go to market and the business development of our Food Safety and Quality solutions.

Main responsibilities include:

- Design Brand marketing plans and marketing guidelines; Support the promotion of the solution with communication and campaign strategies with the support of the EMEA Communication Department Global Marketing and EMEA Marketing ensuring customer satisfaction and innovation adoption.
- Develop strategic ranges/solution considering sales, segment marketing and customer service insights among others; and consider market trends in our immediately accessible markets as well as adjacencies to enter.
- Using Voice of Customer approach to evolve the range/solution by ensuring that customer needs are understood by project teams (by prioritizing project specifications and presenting a business plan) and considering sales, segment marketing, and customer service insights
- Lead Lifecycle management activities and Ensure range availability in strong collaboration with local and/or regional internal teams.
- Train commercial team on the different solutions/ranges as well as competitors’ solutions main differences.
- Participate in local and international congresses and symposia as speaker, presenter, or coordinator, organized by bioMérieux or by others.
- Develop and maintain close relationships with key opinion leaders (KOL) and key accounts to capture customer experience and engage them in product launches and execution in our subsidiaries

**Who are you?**
- You hold a degree in life sciences or process engineering.
- 5 years of experience as Marketing / Product Manager or Expert in food safety, veterinary, pharma or clinical Dx arena.
- Excellent Influencing and communication skills to address different stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration mindset, team spirit and are customer oriented.
- Strong analytical skills and command of CRM (Sales Force)
- Innovative & results oriented with the ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in Spanish & English. French and Portuguese will be a plus.
- 25% travel availability both domestically and internationally will be needed.
