We are seeking a passionate and experienced **Solution Architect Competence Center Sustainability** to drive our sustainability initiatives. You have a deep understanding of sustainability practices and a proven track record of implementing successful sustainability programs internationally? **Your responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies and policies, roadmaps, and action plans which align with clients’ goals and industry standards
- Conduct sustainability assessments and audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into business operations
- Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Engage with stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives
- Support our growth in the sustainability area by identifying new opportunities and building client relationships; contribute to proposals and presentations
- Provide training and support on sustainability practices
- Contribute to industry publications and events to enhance our visibility and reputation.

**Your skills**:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sustainability or a related role
- Strong knowledge of international corporate sustainability frameworks and standards.
- In-depth experience and understanding on ESG rating and value chain due diligence and monitoring
- Experience with net zero and decarbonization strategies is an asset
- Knowledge and experience with different sustainability solutions - it affinity
- Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field
- Fluent German and English
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
