Los proyectos serán estables dentro de nuestr cliente, una referencia dentro del sector eólico.
Como el inglés es uno de los requisitos imprescindibles, paso a explicarte algunas de las tareas que tendría en tu día a día;
General Scope: In RDT Engineer we are going to create a new App to help Service Business Unit to study existing Wind Farms to define which activities are requested to extend their lifetime. And to create this app we need different roles to cover the full scope of the project. This request is focus in the Digital Advisor (DA) profile.
Description: As DAs, we challenge end-to-end from idea, over problem till solution. We will understand an idea / problem, drive innovation, challenge products and programs on delivering value to internal and external customers. We bring in our expertise from advisory, offer support in change, implementation, and communication to jointly mature our products in the business.
Main tasks:
- Product Ideation: DAs transform structures and mindsets for a more digital and agile day-to-day business. DAs identify, develop and challenge new digital business opportunities. DAs outline, analyses and quantify the commercial side of the business. We conceptualize and pilot strategic topics that will be future digital revenue streams.
- Product. Dev: As DA we sit in the middle of People, Processes and Platforms space (Users, Business, Technology), providing strategic advisory in digital transformation, while supporting DVL and BUs in the design, creation, and development of digital products, with process, change and innovation management tools and methodologies
- IT Alignment: We facilitate and enable smooth gate reviews. We moderate conflicts and align perspectives.
- User testing & acceptance: We support the testing process to be in budget, scope and time.
- Go Live / Roll-out: We offer new solutions and methodologies to DVL programs to establish DVL as a state-of-the art organization. We speed up the progress of digital product development and make successful implementation happening through creating user enthusiasm.
- After care & Support: We offer new solutions and methodologies to DVL programs to establish DVL as a state-of-the art organization. We speed up the progress of digital product development and make successful implementation happening through creating user enthusiasm.
- Stakeholder Management: We speed up the progress of digital product development and make successful implementation happening through creating user enthusiasm.
