We are looking for a** Junior Project Manager & Scrum Master** to join our IT team in order to support all our initiatives impacting our IT Salesforce CoE. You will join our CIO Office Team where the pool of Project Managers & Scrum Masters resides. In this role, you will lead the delivery of multiple complex Salesforce projects in collaboration with our IT Salesforce team. This role is more than a servant leader. You will be working to define and align the waterfall and agile process interdependencies. You will act as an Agile champion within the organization to promote agile best practices and coach the team members on Scrum. You will also utilize standard tools like Confluence, Jira, PPM etc. to implement various project status dashboards for executive communication.

Project management skills of scoping, planning, execution, budget tracking, handover to Operations team and issuing status reports aligned with key stakeholders needs. PMP or Scrum certificate is a strong plus.

Team player able to offload Subject Matter Experts and Technical Leads by adopting a proactive approach and collaborate at documentation needs.
Fluent in written in spoken English and Spanish. Catalan and French are a welcome advantage.

**Mission**:Lead projects from start to end by coordinating Salesforce experts and other stakeholders.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage multiple projects/streams basically in the Salesforce area
- Collaborate with IT teams, partners and business departments to prioritize and coordinate development efforts to deliver on schedule
- Coach, facilitate and maintain a steady and beneficial Waterfall/Agile process methodologies for the teams, driving process and transparency
- Communicate with the business around team’s velocity and projects health while supporting the ePMO in reporting on all team status
- Prepare and lead project plans, documentation, risk mitigation and resource management as needed for cross-team initiatives and large projects/programs
- Resolve urgent issues and remove impediments for the team
- Develop schedule and cost plans that support the business objectives, timelines, budgets, resources, milestones, and project deliverables
- Work with Product Owner & Business Partners to ensure highest value features are delivered at agreed time.
- Actively participate in assisting the team resolving issues and escalate as needed.
- Prepare and conduct periodic project status reports to update project governance teams and executive management regularly on progress, risks and issues
- Track progress on a daily basis through burn up, burn down and velocity tracking.
- Additional other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

**Here's what we're looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent is required PMP or Scrum Certification
- Experience:

- Different Salesforce Clouds
- Managing Salesforce projects / roll-outs
- With SaaS products and scrum teams.
- With manufacturing domain.
- Advanced skills in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Project management tools and preferably also Google Workspace
