**Which tasks can you expect?**:

- SAP HXM Application Management Services, including change management, implementations, and configurations.
- Design and development of client functionalities and extensions.
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Contribute during all phases of the project lifecycle, from ideation and development to maintenance.
- Develop solutions that are both functionally effective and technically robust.

**What do you have to offer?**:

- At least 5+ years as a SAP HXM Application Management Services Consultant.
- Experience working with German-speaking clients from DACH.
- Experience troubleshooting, debugging, fixing, and implementing on SAP HCM systems.
- Experience participating in SAP solution implementations for customers in various technology scenarios (mainly cloud, but also on-premise).
- Experience collecting and analyzing client requirements for specific functionalities.
- Experience in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Fluent English is a must; German language skills are preferable.
