**Role and Responsibilities**: As a Junior Oracle DBA Administrator and Automation Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our production team and enhancing the overall reliability and security of our systems. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to automate administration tasks, respond autonomously to incidents, and prevent issues using data-driven metrics and traces. Your focus will be on improving our existing infrastructure by implementing auto-healing and auto-scaling capabilities, all while ensuring the implementation of robust security practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to our production team and transversal services, ensuring smooth operations and quick resolution of issues.
- Design and implement automation solutions for administration tasks and incident responses, leveraging metrics and traces to predict and prevent problems.
- Implement security and reliability best practices, including access control mechanisms and automatic vulnerability testing.
- Enhance existing infrastructure with auto-healing and auto-scaling functionalities to improve overall system performance and availability.
- Collaborate closely with product owners to define the scope of future releases, ensuring alignment with infrastructure requirements.
- Monitor and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), developing plans and automated responses to achieve corporate objectives.

**Required Experience**:

- No previous experience in database administration is necessary; this is a junior-level position.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.

**Valued Knowledge in**:

- Oracle Database Administration.
- Familiarity with Oracle management and monitoring tools.
- Experience with backup and recovery tools oriented to Oracle databases.
- Proficiency in Ansible for automation tasks.
- Scripting skills using Shell Script.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
