In order to complete our Office of the CIO Department, we are currently looking for an **IS/IT Product & Project Portfolio Manager.
**Position Summary
You manage and analyse multiple views of the Product/Project portfolio data including headquarters and markets to allow IT Portfolio Managers, Product/Project Managers, Finance Managers and senior IS/IT management to define strategies and monitor their execution, under the supervision and guidance of her/his primary Community of Practice Lead and Head of Office of the CIO in Switzerland.
The role provides a consolidated view of the product/project portfolio investment, analyses if the organisation has the means in place to successfully start a new initiative, ensures & oversees the delivery of the committed initiatives within their own Portfolio. In addition the role requires to coach other Portfolio Managers. The role proposes improved and simplified ways of working to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the IT organisation.

You will work intimately with various internal teams to provide joint Functional direction to the IT Portfolio teams on Ways of Working.

The position also designs supporting reporting capabilities that can be consumed by the IT teams for decision making.
You will be part of a virtual team of portfolio and product managers. You will report to the team lead in Vevey, Switzerland.

**A Day in the Life:
- Provide insight and recommendations on the various Portfolio’s
- Prepare Portfolio review meetings
- Analyse trends in Portfolio, Operational and Financial reporting and propose solutions for corrective action
- Propose new Ways of Working that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Portfolio community
- Direct the development and continuous improvement of reporting

**What will make you successful?
- Bachelor's or master's degree with demonstrated ability to analyse complex data sets
- 10+ years of diverse roles with increasing leadership responsibilities
- Familiarity with the use of reporting tools to monitor portfolio and finance reporting
- Proven experience having managed large and complex initiatives and/or projects
- Strong analytical and conceptual analysis skills, and familiarity with reporting tools
- Well-developed communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex problems or challenges in a simple manner to a non-expert audience.
- Senior stakeholder management from diverse backgrounds (IT and non-IT teams)
- Impact and influence others through coaching and teaching skills
- Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization in English
- Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams
