Actualmente, buscamos una persona que se una al equipo de **Performance** en nuestras oficinas de Madrid como **Global Brand Manager**.

**FUNCIONES**:

- Responsable del rendimiento general de la marca en todos los mercados en los que opera Civitatis.
- Definir y desarrollar la personalidad de la marca y su despliegue en todos los canales.
- Analizar las tendencias de la marca y de la competencia, y asesorar en la toma de decisiones.
- Crear y ejecutar el calendario anual de marketing de la empresa.
- Gestionar la agencia creativa y de medios.
- Desarrollar los informes creativos, alineados con la estrategia y la propuesta de marca basada en valores para todos los proyectos creativos.
- Garantizar que la estrategia de marketing esté en consonancia con las directrices globales de la marca y su cumplimiento.
- Revisar los materiales de marketing comercial, pósteres, materiales de punto de venta, prendas de vestir, etc.
- Apoyar la estrategia de ventas.

**Requisitos**:

- Estudios universitarios en Marketing y Comunicación, o en Dirección y Administración de Empresas.
- Inglés C1. Cualquier otro idioma adicional será valorado positivamente.
- Al menos, 7 años de experiência en roles similares.
- Persona creativa, analítica y con pasión por buscar nuevas formas para hacer las cosas.
