**Description**

We are searching for an experienced and result-driven **HR Administrator** to join our Human Resources team. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating internal processes, policies and procedures regarding employees. We are a fast-growing start-up based in Barcelona, we are a fun international team that offers customer services 24/7 internationally. **Responsibilities**
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
- Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.- Perform orientations, training and update records of new staff.
- Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Assist with budget monitoring and payroll.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience as HR Administrator, Generalist or equivalent
- Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
- Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelors or Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar relevant field
