**We are looking for an**Automation DevOps Engineer**with hands-on experience in IT process automation using**Ansible**, capable of driving infrastructure efficiency and reliability across diverse systems.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Collaborate and lead workshops with IT teams to identify automation opportunities and improve system efficiency.**:

- **Document analysis outcomes and work closely with automation designers to ensure consistent design and development practices across the customer base.**:

- **Develop and maintain**Ansible playbooks**and roles to automate IT processes across platforms.**:

- **Ensure infrastructure integrity and performance through effective automation practices.**:

- **Create and maintain technical documentation and best practices for Ansible development.**:

- **Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Ansible automation implementations.**:

- **Participate in code reviews and maintain version control repositories for Ansible scripts.**

**Qualifications**
- **2+ years of experience**in IT automation, including automation of systems such as**Windows, Linux, and Databases**(MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle), and system integrations using**Ansible**.**:

- **Strong understanding of**IT infrastructure**and**system configurations**.**:

- **Experience using**version control tools**such as**Git**.**:

- **Excellent**problem-solving skills**and**attention to detail**.**:

- **Strong**communication**and**team collaboration**skills.**:

- **English language proficiency**is required (both written and spoken).
