**PROJECT MANAGER (ARQUITECTO)**:

**Descripción del Puesto**:
**Responsabilidades**:

- ** Gestión de Proyectos**: Planificar, ejecutar y supervisar todas las fases del proyecto, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos y objetivos establecidos.
- ** Coordinación de Equipos**: Dirigir y coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios, fomentando la colaboración y el trabajo en equipo entre los diferentes departamentos.
- ** Relaciones con Clientes**: Actuar como el principal punto de contacto con los clientes, gestionando sus expectativas y asegurando su satisfacción a lo largo del ciclo de vida del proyecto.
- ** Control de Presupuestos**: Supervisar los costos del proyecto y garantizar el uso eficiente de los recursos, manteniendo el presupuesto bajo control.
- ** Documentación Técnica**: Elaborar y mantener la documentación técnica necesaria para la correcta ejecución del proyecto, incluyendo planes de trabajo, informes de progreso y presentaciones para stakeholders.
- ** Cumplimiento Normativo**: Asegurarse de que todas las actividades se realicen de acuerdo con las normativas legales y de seguridad vigentes en la industria.

**Requisitos**:

- ** Formación Académica**: Título en Arquitectura o carrera afín.
- ** Experiência Profesional**: Mínimo 5 años de experiência en gestión de proyectos industriales. Se valorará experiência específica en el sector.
- ** Habilidades Técnicas**: Conocimiento sólido en herramientas de gestión de proyectos y software de arquitectura.
- ** Habilidades de Comunicación**: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita. Se requiere la capacidad de presentar ideas y resultados de manera clara y eficaz.
- ** Liderazgo y Gestión de Equipos**: Capacidad para guiar y motivar a un equipo hacia la consecución de objetivos comunes.
- ** Orientación a Resultados**: Enfoque proactivo y orientado a resultados, capaz de identificar soluciones efectivas ante los retos que puedan surgir a lo largo del proyecto.
