Murex Business Analyst

**Murex Business Analyst**:
**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced Murex Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role requires a professional with strong analytical skills and extensive experience in the Murex trading platform, who will be responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions in a fast-paced financial environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and document business requirements for Murex-based trading systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into functional specifications
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements, process flows, and user guides
- Support project delivery using agile methodologies and maintain project artifacts in Jira and Confluence
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with business users and technical teams
- Assist in system configuration and customization as needed
- Monitor and analyze system performance and recommend improvements

**Required Qualifications**:
**Essential Requirements**:

- **Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Murex platform**:

- **Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analyst roles**:

- **English proficiency: B2 level or higher**:

- **Experience working in agile project environments**:

- **Proficiency with Jira and Confluence tools**

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in requirements gathering and documentation
- Understanding of financial trading concepts and workflows
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Technical background in software development or system administration**:

- **Knowledge of Linux systems and command-line operations**:

- Experience with SQL and database concepts
- Knowledge of financial markets and trading operations
- Experience with system integration and data migration projects
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in financial services
- Previous experience in investment banking or financial services
