**Position**: **ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE ______** Integrated into the Commercial Department, this position reports to the Sell Out Performance Manager. **YOUR IMPACT ______** In Retail, the Beauty Consultant is responsible for advising and selling the products of the brand they represent, offering the highest level of service to customers, in order to achieve the established objectives. **The position is located in Madrid** **Job responsibilities**: **YOUR MISSION ______** The main responsibility is to achieve sales targets and promote the brand image, leading the relationship with local and international clients. - Achieve sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis. - Educate customers about Dior and its products, increasing brand awareness and loyalty among consumers. - Participate in maintaining the merchandising counter in accordance with corporate guidelines. - Update visibility according to new product launches and planograms. - Monitor stock levels and report any issues to your Retail Manager/Boutique Manager. - Perform all operational and administrative tasks assigned. - Establish a strong relationship with Retail Store Managers. - Foster team spirit and collaboration among colleagues. - Occasionally rotate to a center within the province. **Profile**: **REQUIREMENTS____** - High School diploma or equivalent in beauty. professional training in Beauty. - Previous experience in Retail, preferably in Beauty and/or luxury industry. - High level of English; French a plus. - Experience working with sales KPIs. - Spanish fluent; English advanced (at least B2 level); france is a plus **YOUR SKILLS ____** - Customer and results oriented. - Attention to detail. - Excellent communications skills. - Proactive, with ability to work autonomously. **OFFERD** - Temporary contract - 40h/week **Additional information**: - Christian Dior was the designer of dreams.
