**Wir suchen ab sofort: Head of Corporate F&B Operations (m/w/d) in Paguera, Spanien**:
Für unseren Kunden suchen wir ab sofort einen Head of Corporate F&B Operations (m/w/d) in Vollzeit. Bei dem zukünftigen Arbeitsplatz handelt es sich um eine Aktiv
- und Wellness-Resortgruppe für Familien.

**Ihr zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet**:

- Verantwortung für die unternehmensweite Erarbeitung und Implementierung von nachhaltigen Gastro-Konzepten, profitorientierten Strategien sowie Definition von gültigen Qualitätsstandards der Resortgruppe
- Mitgestaltung und -verantwortung von rentablen F&B Konzepten (P/L) in Kooperation mit Resort Managern und F&B Teams
- Unterstützung bei Planung von Um
- und Neubauten der F&B Infrastruktur sowie der Resort Managers in der operativen Führung der gastronomischen Ausrichtung
- Durchführung von Schulungen und Trainings für alle Food & Beverage Teams
- Übernahme von und Mitarbeit bei weiterführenden strategischen Aufgaben und Projekten innerhalb der Abteilung Hospitality

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie, idealerweise mit Zusatzqualifikation in der Hospitality Branche, Studium in relevantem Fachgebiet oder Weiterbildung in vergleichbarer Managementposition
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung als F&B Manager, von Vorteil mit Zuständigkeiten/Verantwortung über mehrere Outlets/Standorte und innerhalb einer Corporate Struktur
- Passion für den Beruf und fürs Gästemanagement sowie für ein innovatives, saisonal nachhaltiges Angebot
- Kenntnisse von und Freude an Trends in der Kulinarik und Erlebnisgastronomie (Themen, Vegan, Diätküche)
- Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungs
- und Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Englisch und Deutschkenntnisse, jede weitere Fremdsprache ist willkommen
- Reisebereit
- sowie Leidenschaft, Bereitschaft sich regelmäßig mit den F&B Teams in den Resorts zu treffen und auszutauschen
