Job Description

Professional Services Delivery Manager builds and leads agile delivery teams of project managers and developers to design and deliver outstanding solutions built on Caspio platform for our customers. Delivery Manager engages in all aspects of driving results and growth in partnership with Sales and Customer Success teams. This role reports to Director of Professional Services and manages the increasing demand for our services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and lead agile delivery teams of project managers, developers, and QA to design and deliver compelling solutions for customers.
- Understand customer’s strategic goals, positioning technology and services to meet their goals.
- Oversee and monitor the full cycle of app development projects and day-to-day operations for strategic engagements.
- Ensure that team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence to meet and exceed organization and departmental goals and objectives.
- Monitor progress, intervene to address roadblocks, and pivot with the needs of the team as needed.
- Train and coach the team to perform effectively and efficiently in their respective areas of responsibility including requirements gathering and analysis, creating Statements of Work (SOWs), building solutions, quality assurance, timely deliverables, and future maintenance and updates.
- Analyze and identify methods to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Manage priorities, resource, and capacity of the team.
- Partner with cross-departmental teams to share customer feedback, pain points, and feature requests as a customer advocate.
- Work closely with Customer Success teams to drive growth and usage adoption in strategic customer engagements.
- Provide technical leadership, risk management, and serve as point of escalation to resolve complex issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- BS Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science or in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing and directing a cross-functional team in a similar industry.
- Experience in managing a delivery team in Software Development, Platform as a Service (PAAS) or SAAS companies.
- Experience in scoping and implementing software solutions.
- Deep technical background and understanding of databases, software integration, and user experience.
- Ability to lead, influence, mentor, and motivate employees and teams while holding people accountable and developing their abilities.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate, prioritize, assess, and meet needs of internal and external customers.
- Proficient with various project management methodologies, concepts, and skills including organization, planning, and implementation.
- High quality standards with the ability to make informed decisions in a timely manner.
