We are seeking an organised and experienced Technical Producer to join an exceptionally diverse team at one of the biggest and most successful mobile games companies in the world. If you are passionate about technology and want your work to have impact entertaining millions of players on the go, then this is the right job for you Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for proactively collaborating across areas and managing the roadmap and delivery of the foundational technology and tools supporting the beloved game Farm Heroes Saga.

**YOUR ROLE WITHIN **THE **KINGDOM**:
As a Tech Producer you will be part of our Core Area Leads team, working with Technical, Product and Quality leaders to define objectives and ways of working, and executing on the game's technical strategy. You will work hands-on with the team to establish timelines, identify and manage risks, track and balance workloads, maintain our dedication to quality and ensure a phenomenal working environment. Your role is essential to the development process by coordinating across disciplines, encouraging effective and open communication, and delivering work from specification right through to release and live operations.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE**:

- Motivate and provide support to your team, contributing to a positive, respectful and fun work environment
- Facilitate communication, organisation and process improvements across disciplines
- Work with cross
- discipline teams to craft and steward roadmaps and schedules
- Lead the day
- to
- day planning, tasking, and tracking of a complex technical roadmap
- Oversee submissions and release management functions
- Proactively identify roadblocks and risks and provide mitigation strategies
- Communicate status, risks, trade
- offs and opportunities with other areas and team leadership
- Help make decisions with team leads on workflows, pipelines, priorities, and resources
- Collaborate with team leadership to maintain alignment and drive project goals forward

**SKILLS TO CREATE THRILLS**:

- Experience as a game producer, project management or equivalent experience
- Adept at leading agile game development teams using Scrum and/or Kanban
- Road
- tested knowledge of software development and project management processes
- Familiarity with mobile platform submissions and release processes
- Experience facilitating and mediating dependencies across functions and departments
- Comfortable with highly technical discussions and facilitating the breakdown of complex technical features for delivery
- Ability to build, track, and maintain roadmaps and schedules
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Persistent self
- motivation, initiative, and drive

**Bonus points**:

- Passion for video games
- Experience working on a live services game
- Proficient with Jira and Confluence
- Demonstrated technical aptitude; preference to applicants with development (programming, technical) and/or game development experience.
