We are looking for an experienced** Translation Project Manager **to join our team in Spain

You will be responsible for managing clients' translation orders, according to customer requirements and company standards.

As Translation Project Manager you will work on the full project life-cycle for translation orders, independently and as part of our global team.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Process execution** throughout the whole project life-cycle (receiving requests, creating quotes, managing resources, execution, control and closing)
- **Monitoring overall workflow** timelines including service delivery (translation, revision, DTP)
- Managing the **financial aspects **of your projects, including gross margin and invoicing
- **Maintaining client relationships** as the first point of contact with your clients at operational level
- **Representing **the organisation to our customers
- Guaranteeing **customer satisfaction**

**Exigences**:

- **2 years experience** in translation project management
- Language skills**:excellent knowledge of English** and **Spanish** is required
- Great **organisational skills**:

- Experience managing **multiple multilingual projects **simultaneously working on very** tight deadlines**:

- Used to **working under pressure**:

- Ability to deal with difficult situations, conflicts and complaints
- Familiar with **CAT tools** (e.g. Memesource, SDL Trados Studio)
