FUNCTIONS
- Reporting to the CTL.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the water facilities.
- Prepares monthly and annual forecast for chemicals, fuel and other materials.
- Provides engineering and technical advice on system planning and operations.
- Coordinates all technical issues related to the water supply systems.
- Manage all corrective maintenance activities.
- Prepare maintenance planning and budgets.
- Coordinates preventative maintenance.
- Ensure the design implementation and management of pressure management NRW reduction actions.
- Ensure proper management of existing network, including permanent update of the cadaster and leaks or other events.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Industrial or Civil or other engineer Spanish or Portuguese and English
- At least, three years of experience working in developing countries
- Eight years of experience in water utilities with at least 50,000 customers, with at least three years managing operation, distribution or maintenance areas.
