¿Qué te hará triunfar con nosotros?
Tu misión principal será redactar documentos descriptivos del porfolio de soluciones y servicios, manuales de usuario, procedimientos, ofertas y otro tipo de documentación relativa al proceso de venta trabajando de manera coordinada con el equipo de ventas, operaciones, producto, proyecto y demás áreas funcionales de la organización.
¿Cómo será tu día a día en Idrica?
- Documentar y actualizar los documentos del portfolio de productos y servicios de la compañía de acuerdo con el plan de Documentación.
- Elaborar documentación técnica de ofertas para administraciones públicas, instituciones multilaterales y clientes privados.
- Dar soporte horizontal a diferentes áreas funcionales de la compañía colaborando en la elaboración de contenidos y documentos.
- Mantener actualizada la herramienta de Gestión documental de acuerdo con el sistema establecido.
- Asesorar a los usuarios sobre las fuentes de información internas y externas y sobre los métodos de acceso a la misma.
- Comunicar adecuadamente los contenidos generados, según los perfiles de usuarios de la documentación.
¿Quién eres?
\+2 años de experiência en un puesto similar.
Formación técnica en Ingeniería (Industrial, Civil, Ambiental, Telecomunicaciones, etc.)
- Elaboración de proyectos y ofertas en consultoría de ingeniería informática (Ciberseguridad, implantación, Análisis funcionales, Diseños Técnicos, Arquitecturas lógicas y funcionales, adquisición de datos, integración de sistemas)
- El ciclo integral del agua (Recursos hídricos, captación, abastecimiento, saneamiento, riego, reutilización y vertido al medio natural).
