**Your role**

**As an**
**IT Application SME**
**your main responsibilities will involve**
- Leverage your IT Operations and Technical Experience to deliver Projects, Upgrade Activities and maintenance activities
- Interact with internal and external teams such as, Application Development, Data Integration, Basis, Infrastructure, Network etc. to support platform activities and projects.
- Developing and maintaining trusted and effective working relationships with stakeholders in an international, highly complex virtual environment
- Grow into emerging technologies, such as SAP HANA, Cloud Connectors, SAP CPI, FIORI, Azure / AWS

**Your Skills and Experience**

**As an IT Application SME your skills and qualifications will ideally include**:

- Experience in programming languages and scripting (e.g. VB.Net, VBA, Powershell, Python, SQL and database management systems)
- Experience with PowerBI, Power Query, PowerApps
- Preferably experience with SAP related software (e.g. SAP GUI, SAP HANA Studio, Winshuttle, BORP Tools, SAP Disclosure Management, ADOBE LiveCycle, SAP Analysis for office)
- Hand-on experience with DevOps tools (e.g. Git, CI/CD) and package/environment management and Software distribution
- Knowledge of Windows and Office 365 32/64bits (organization is looking to move to 64bits next year)
- Ability to manage keeping the above SAP tools managed in conjunction with windows and office upgrades (setting roadmap, gathering requirements, assisting with packaging in conjunction with CC Platform Team, Testing, Comms and eventual deployments)
- Ability to become central SME/Go to Person for all of the above SAP tools
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages beneficial (Spanish preferred, any other language).
- Highly service / customer oriented as well as result-driven thinking
- Willing to build up new skills and share knowledge across teams

Capable to act within structured processes and workflows, escalating deviations & issues as per definition
