Es un mundo colorido - deja tu huella uniéndote al equipo BIC hoy mismo. **MISSION**: Comprehensive management of the work shift: team, material, and necessary machinery, with the aim of guaranteeing the service level to our customers, ensuring compliance with the planned lead times and our standards of quality, efficiency, safety, and environment. **Functions**: **Quality, Safety, and Environment**: - Ensure compliance with established quality standards. - Cooperate with the quality technician in investigating quality incidents. - Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. - Safety audits. Detection of potential safety problems and proposal of improvement actions to enhance safety KPIs and communicate them to the team. - Accident analysis together with the safety technician. **Customer Service**: - Manage shift incidents, organizing, coordinating, and distributing available resources (machines and operators) to produce according to the daily production plan made in conjunction with Order Tracking. - Evaluate machine incidents, managing the actions to be taken. - Coordination with maintenance and follow-up, prioritizing breakdowns to adapt them to orders and available personnel in each work shift and ensure ship on time. - Analysis of efficiencies by machine and product, making technical improvement proposals. Cooperation in the implementation of the action plan in coordination with Technical Support and Quality Technicians. - Inventories; coordination and participation. **Team Management**: - Ensure and promote the development, motivation, and responsibility of the personnel in charge. - Monitoring and evaluation of the personnel in charge, detecting improvement points and establishing improvement plans, disciplinary actions, or recognition. - Communication with the team as appropriate in day-to-day activities. - Control of attendance to ensure the necessary team to meet lead times. - Management of absences: informing superiors, seeking resources to cover absences, or managing present resources in the most productive way. - Analysis of team efficiencies, proposing training, area changes, or disciplinary actions for continuous improvement of overall results. - Detection and request of necessary training for the work team (versatility, technical or quality training).
