**Key responsibilities**

**Your Challenge**:

- Finance Business Partner within Northern Europe Commercial Unit, organization with annual revenue of 915$MM.
- Perform monthly outlook, annual plan and long-term strategic plan.
- Track business performance including pricing, volume, expenses. Growth on key portfolios and markets
- Support commercial team in setting commercial policies, rebates programs, volume/price trade off analysis.
- Report and analyse margin trends by product family, territory cluster, etc.
- Support business teams to analyse and define credit lines, guarantees, payment terms, etc.
- Work with commercial teams to set actions to close gaps vs. outlook and plan.
- Coordinate activities with other finance competencies (controllership, credit, tax, internal audit).
- Ensure implementation of internal control and compliance policies.

**Qualifications**:** Qualifications**
- Finance Degree (5 years program: Bachelor + MSc); Major in Financial Accounting and Auditing would be preferred.
- Minimum 5years working experience, USGAAP/Accounting experience.
- Advance excel knowledge; Access/Power BI/ Tableau would be a plus.
- Knowledge and experience with ERPs (SAP preferred) and Business Warehouse software.
- Interpersonal and communication skills: ability to work in diverse and cross-functional team, manage relationships with business stakeholders;
- Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks to meet business and processes deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to use data to solve complex problems, communicate results
- Critical thinker, problem solver, proactive and independent.
