Form of employment: Permanent employment, 1 month trial employment.

**Duties**:
Guide our customers.
General customer administration and business-related tasks.
Invoice management.
Help several different departments at the bank.

**We are looking for you as**:
Has an interest in banking and finance.
Is flexible and adapts to different situations.
Is structured.
Has the ability to work independently and structured.
Has good communication and collaboration skills.
Has experience in customer service.
Fluent in English and Finnish.
It is advantageous if you have a bachelor's degree in economics and finance or have worked in a bank before.
