**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

As a Global Graduate, you will have the unique opportunity to lay the foundation for a successful. In this 24-month program, you will work on cross-functional projects in Iberia (end markets: Spain, Portugal, Andorra & Gibraltar).

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Gather exciting experiences from different rotations within different departments.
- Learn how to develop company strategies.
- Plan your career together with one of our senior leaders as your individual coach, who will guide you through the program and commits to help you grow on a professional and personal level
- Help us shape our agenda and strategy to transform our business and contribute your own ideas on projects that make us best in class and drive forward our various brands.
- Drive your learning curve by working cross-functionally and managing different stakeholders from peers to senior managers.
- Get to know our sales business from scratch by visiting our Field Force

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Fluency in Spanish and English is a must and Portuguese is nice to have.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, e.g. in Marketing, Business Administration, International Management or Communications
- First functional experience as an intern or working student (min. 4 months)
- A courageous and passionate personality with strong communicative, conceptual, and analytical skills
- Career aspirations and mobility
- A strong leadership mindset
