Expanding Estate Agency Needs General Administrator

Welcome Estates are opening a new branch and are seeking a member of staff to our in-office General Administration Team.
This position has the potential to be full time with negotiable hours.
**Experience is not necessary however previous real estate experience is favorable**
Necessary languages are English and Spanish
- Enthusiastic
- Able to plan and designate project resources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and within a team.
- A high level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Have a high level of computer and telephone skills.
To be part of a successful and highly motivated team.
Training and support from management
Fully legal Contract with negotiable hours
Performance related bonus.
