Property Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a property consultant for our luxury holiday resort currently being built in Central France.

In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences and helping them find their dream vacation property.

The majority of the role is office-based where you will be speaking with potential clients over the phone or via video conference, but you may also be requested occasionally to travel to the resort to host in-person client viewing trips.

To be successful in this role, you should have a background in sales and a passion for the real estate or hospitality industry. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong customer service mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences and help them find their dream vacation property
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the resort development and its properties, as well as the local area and amenities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction throughout the property search and purchase process
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
