**About the job**

**Main missions**

Your responsibilities include:

- Contribute to the definition of the Security strategy, framework, operating model and capabilities, bringing expert knowledge, skills, experience, best practice and innovation to enhance Information Security throughout the Group.
- Be a primary Subject Matter Expert with key technical skills and high-level exposure within GO or AXA or key external parts, serving as a global point of contact for Information Security; broads a comprehensive expertise in leading-edge theories, techniques and/or technologies within own function or discipline.

**Expected skills & experience**

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:
**Experience**
- At least 15 years’ experience working in Information Security
- Experience working within a global environment
- Consulting and advisory experience preferred

**Technical skills**
- Must bring proven examples, innovation, methodology and tools to deliver a world class Information Security capability for the Group.
- Includes knowledge of the core markets in which we operate. A strong grasp of global geopolitics, security and risk trends and international affairs and how they may impact upon the Group.

**Soft skills / transversal skills**
- Strong leadership, sense of selfless commitment required and an ability to comprehend and align behind a single voice.
- Defines and communicates the group vision and goals and the benefits in achieving the strategy and can effectively mentor others to acquire this competency
- Able to influence a wide range of stakeholders and to deliver strategies and solutions that are world class.
- Leads engagement with stakeholders to ensure a dynamic and flexible approach in a continually changing environment.
