**¿Dónde trabajarás?**:
Our client is an international insurance company with offices in the center of Barcelona. They provide a complete insurance offering and travel assistance. The purpose is to assist every incident that may spoil the trip of the clients, whatever the duration, in the 200 countries where they operate.
**¿Qué harás?**:
- As Insurance Travel Agent, you will be located in the Travel Assistance International Department of the company where your main responsibilities will be:
- Provide clients with travel assistance related to international emergency medical cases, as well as assistance with other travel issues
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring the clients have all the assistance and information they need
**¿A quién buscamos?**:
- Fluent level of Dutch and English
- At least one year of experience in customer service
Soft skills- Excellent communication skills
- Good telephone manner
- High sense of empathy and calm personality
- Strong problem-solving skills
Other- You must be a resident of Barcelona
- Availability to start working 3rd of June
**¿Qué ofrecemos?**:
